I have been experiencing severe hunger pains almost every night for a few weeks, often in my upper middle abdomen and sometimes toward the lower right side. The pain sometimes persists even after eating and is accompanied by chest pain on the right side and occasional feelings of tightness or fullness. I had similar pain last June and a year before that, which was initially thought to be related to my appendix but resolved on its own. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've been experiencing ectopic heartbeats for 3 weeks now and just wondered if this is a cause for concern. I'm 27 years old and have no other symptoms or significant medical history. I did take an ECG from my Apple Watch, which showed a long wave at the bottom that seems different from what I've seen in other ECGs.

I was on Paxil and Effexor for 17 years for debilitating OCD and anxiety. After stopping the meds 6 years ago, my anxiety worsened significantly. I started taking Paxil again at a low dose of 5mg, which I increased to 17.5mg daily. This has helped with anxiety but made my depression worse. Should I increase the Paxil dose or switch to another medication?
