I have been experiencing severe itching, biting, and crawling sensations on my skin, along with black dots that appear when using a lint brush. I have been treating the symptoms with permethrin and ivermectin, which initially worked but require reapplication. I also have swollen legs and ankles, which I never had before. I am currently on suboxone to mitigate opioid withdrawal symptoms, but I am concerned that it might be causing or exacerbating my skin issues. What could be causing these symptoms, and how can I address them?

I experience tingling sensations on the right side of my body, including my lips, fingers, and foot, as well as mild pain in my right hip and buttocks. I also feel internal vibrations when sleeping and have occasional numbness in my right foot. What could be causing these symptoms, and are they related to anxiety or potentially something else?

Is it correct at any age that I am extremely healthy, have a 99% chance of living a long, disease-free life, and can continue working out into my nineties without needing a wheelchair, walker, crutches, or cane, given that I have diabetes under control, do not smoke, drink, or do drugs, and follow a workout routine that includes heavy, medium, and light weights, cardio, and strength training?
