I have been experiencing strange, hard-to-describe symptoms for the past two years, including recurring episodes of rapid heartbeats, heavy breathing, and strange sensations in my chest, which last about 15 to 30 seconds and occur every two to three weeks for 3 to 5 days. I have also noticed a strong, unique smell in my urine a few days before these episodes start. I have seen a doctor, but they have not been able to diagnose the issue. I am taking medications for anxiety and depression, and I am scheduled for an EEG. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have chronic penis head sensitivity that started two years ago. It feels raw when my penis head brushes against my boxers, but there is no visible issue on the exterior. I have had urine and STD tests that came back negative. Could this be related to a yeast infection, especially since my girlfriend had a bad yeast infection at one point, which also caused a burning sensation on the head and inside the urinary tract?
