I have been experiencing tachycardia for about an hour with a heart rate of 135 to 139. I took nitro 0.4mg twice, 15 minutes apart. I am currently on 25 mg of atenolol and 10 mg of isosorbide in the morning. I had a stress test and an echo two weeks ago, which were fine. I have a history of angina and have had episodes of tachycardia in the past, diagnosed as ventricular tachycardia. I am feeling lightheaded, weak, short of breath, dizzy, and shaky. What could be causing this tachycardia and what should I do?

I have slight difficulty breathing from my right nostril, very slight compared to the left nostril. Also, the right nostril opening looks a little small compared to the left. Is this a deviated septum?
