I had the AstraZeneca 1st vaccine 12 weeks ago and am due for my 2nd dose tonight. During this time, I have had an increase in headaches, dizziness, and unexplained bruising on my left upper arm, which has subsided but left my lower left arm sore. Headaches have been off and on for a couple of weeks, not severe but frequent, and are generally dull and localized. I am 59 and have distended veins in the pelvic region. Is it okay to have a second shot of Pfizer instead of AstraZeneca?

She is currently on a tapered dose of 3mg prednisone and takes Tylenol or Tylenol PM for temporary relief. She cannot take aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen sodium due to GI discomfort. I am 31 years old, take triamterene and metoprolol for slightly elevated blood pressure, and have a desk job where I try to stay active. My back pain began during the pandemic when I was less active, and I have gained weight since then. What could be causing this pain, and what steps should I take to address it?
