I have been experiencing various symptoms such as internal shaking or vibrating when lying down, twitching in different parts of my body, and gas-like sensations, despite all medical tests coming back normal. I am concerned about these symptoms and whether they could be related to stress, anxiety, or something more serious like MS or ALS. Additionally, I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff and have had issues with tight pectoral muscles and back stiffness, which may be contributing to some of these sensations. What could be causing these symptoms and how can I manage them?

I recently tested positive for HSV 1 and have never had any outbreaks. What is the likelihood of passing it to my sexually active partner through kissing or oral sex if I have no open sores and no visual symptoms? Additionally, how can I determine if I have oral or genital HSV 1, and what does it mean for the virus to be active or dormant?
