I've been experiencing severe headaches, pressure in my left nostril, cold nose, cold feet, and tightness in the back of my neck and at the base of my skull. I had Chinese food with MSG two days ago. Could this be related to the MSG, or could it be a compressed nerve in my neck or spine? What else could be causing these symptoms?

We are located in Amherst, NH, where COVID-19 numbers are increasing, especially due to proximity to Massachusetts. One employee is diabetic, six are seniors (ages 60-72), and one has sleep apnea. What steps should we take to ensure all employees get tested?

I am having anal itching and difficulty cleaning after bowel movements. I've had the itchiness for a long time and there is some sort of growth or excess skin in the area. I am a 37-year-old male and have not seen a physician for it. I mostly just want to make sure it isn’t cancer.
