I have been on estradiol patches for 2 years with a current dose of 0.05 patch weekly. I am not getting any results. Should I ask my endocrinologist to increase my dosage, and what is the best dose to start seeing actual results?

My fiancée, a 24-year-old female, has a history of severe paranoia, anxiety, and depression, and is showing psychotic symptoms potentially matching schizophrenia. Recently, she has been experiencing phantom smells and tastes, described as burnt ramen noodle soup, which occur intermittently throughout the day. She is also experiencing the same taste in her mouth and throat. She takes quintapin to sleep at night, and her PCP advised her to take half of the pill in the afternoon, which reduced the scents and tastes by about 90% for a couple of hours. She is very scared that she may have a brain tumor, seizures, or something else. What could be causing this, and how can we manage these phantom smells and tastes?

I've been breaking out in my face a lot, specifically under my nose, on my cheeks, and chin. This started during the pandemic, likely due to mask wearing. The breakouts are constant and new pimples appear every week. Is this related to mask wearing, and what can I do to treat it?

I have a bump on my thumb that was initially a small, flesh-colored bump but has recently changed into a white bump with redness around it. I'm concerned about why it changed so suddenly and whether it's a wart or something else that needs to be checked out. I have had warts on my hands in the past, but it's been awhile. I'm 48 years old and not currently using any medications. What could this bump be, and what should I do about it?

I have been experiencing light yellow stools since March, along with frequent burping, mild itching, mild pain in the tail of the stomach region, and back pain. I have had numerous tests including blood work, CT scan, ultrasound, and upper GI endoscopy, all of which have come back normal. I am under a lot of stress and am concerned about the cause of these symptoms. Should I be worried about bile duct issues, and should I request an MRI or MRCP to rule out other potential causes?
