Should I be concerned that my body involuntarily moves and my head shakes hard left to right when I am trying to go to sleep? I experience hard head shaking, involuntary body jerks, talking in my sleep, restlessness, body injuries and scratches when I wake up, and I have an autoimmune disorder called Sjögren's disorder.

I took my Wellbutrin XL 150mg earlier than scheduled, at 4am instead of 11am. I'm experiencing anxiety, slight vertigo, and sweaty palms. I'm unsure if these symptoms are due to taking the medication early or if I'm just nervous. I've been on Wellbutrin since July 2018, starting at 100mg Wellbutrin SR and then switching to 150mg Wellbutrin XL in November 2018. I'm also on Buspar 10mg three times a day. Can taking Wellbutrin XL early cause these symptoms, and is it safe to take Buspar again if it's been more than 8 hours since the last dose?

My son has influenza B and is taking Tamiflu. Should the people in the house and his elderly grandparents, who do not live in the same house but are at risk, also take Tamiflu as a precaution? Additionally, if I had contracted influenza B in 2016, could I get it again, and does that affect my immunity to other strains like influenza A?

For the last few days, I've been experiencing heavy brain fog, dizziness, mucus buildup in my throat, and slight pressure on the left side of my chest in the afternoons. I've been using topiramate for migraines and meclizine for dizziness since September. I've seen a primary care doctor and a neurologist, and they think it's related to migraines. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do about them?

I have bad sinuses with itchy and watery eyes, a stuffy and runny nose, and pressure near the top of my head. I've had these symptoms for a week, with mostly clear mucus and no fever. I'm on a ten-day antibiotic treatment and have anxiety issues. Could this be brain cancer or a tumor?
