I have a contracture. Will it spread to my right hand? I haven't seen a doctor about this. Does stem cell work?

I recently came into contact with rusted metal pieces and accidentally rubbed my hand with rust deposits over my nose. Since then, I have been experiencing irritation in my throat, watery mucus, and a feeling of lightheadedness, which I suspect might be a fever. I took Paracetamol for it, but no other symptoms or past illnesses. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
