I have been suffering from chronic muscle and joint pain for 12 weeks, affecting my knees, shoulders, upper arms, hips, and legs. I have undergone tests for Lyme disease, diabetes, thyroid issues, and had a good bone scan and MRI showing only bursitis. My rheumatologist has ruled out polymyalgia, parvovirus, and fibromyalgia. I am on steroids and painkillers, but the pain persists, making daily activities difficult. My consultant suspects sarcoidosis but I lack typical symptoms. What could be causing this pain, and what additional tests should I consider?

I have circular sores that scale over with white dead cells, ranging in size from peas to silver dollars, located on various parts of my body, with the most concentrated and severe on my buttocks. They become flakey and peel off, and I have one on my knee that resembles a wart with a cauliflower surface that bleeds easily when scraped. What are they?

I have pain in my hand, particularly in the bones when typing or applying pressure on the tips of my fingers. I also experience a prickly/pins and needles sensation that extends to the top of my wrist. This has been occurring more frequently, especially at night, over the past few months. What could be the potential cause of these symptoms?

I'm a 27-year-old male. For the past two months, I've been waking up with completely numb arms and hands, mainly affecting the little finger and ring finger. I've also recently experienced numbness in my left leg and muscle spasms in my legs, lower back, arms, and jaw. Could these symptoms be related to a pinched C8 nerve, and are the chances of it being multiple sclerosis (MS) small despite experiencing these symptoms?
