I have been taking OxyContin 10mg twice per day and Endone 5mg every 4 hours for 3 weeks due to acute pancreatitis. I stopped the OxyContin over the weekend and had my last Endone at 4 am today. I have had a headache all day and am concerned about withdrawal symptoms. I have 2 Endone pills left. Should I continue taking them until I can see a doctor in the morning, or should I stop taking them and endure the withdrawal symptoms?

I am a 52-year-old female experiencing pain on the right side of my neck and shoulder, along with tingling and numbness that extends from my neck down to my fingers. I have had X-rays and blood work, which showed no contributing factors, and my doctor suggested it might be a nerve problem. I was given medication, but it did not help. What could be causing this problem and what advice can you offer?
