I have been testing for HIV after an exposure in South Africa where a condom broke. I took PEP and have since taken multiple HIV tests, including HIV 1 and 2 RNA tests and 4th generation tests, all of which have been negative. I have also tested for other STDs and they are all negative. I have symptoms like joint pain, neuropathic pain in hands, and headaches. Are my tests conclusive for HIV, and what do you advise regarding further testing and managing my symptoms?

What is the cause of my sore throat, which started 2 days into a fever and body aches, and is mainly experienced in the afternoon? I have a history of post nasal discharge and LPR, and I'm not sure if this sore throat is due to the cold or LPR.
