I am in pain. My fourth toe on my left leg is causing constant, sharp pain and is swollen on one side. The pain started yesterday morning and is making it hard to walk and sleep. I am currently on immunotherapy (Keytruda) for triple-negative breast cancer, which I finished chemotherapy for in February. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I have intense pain on my left calf that started on June 25th and is constant. The pain is stabbing, and my foot goes numb after walking. I am 27 years old and taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but they do not help. There is no swelling, redness, or fever, and the pain does not travel from my lower back. I have no allergies or other medical conditions. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
