I am experiencing intermittent chest pressure that started yesterday. I am 58 years old, in great shape, and not on any medications. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I have no nausea or shortness of breath associated with it. I have not had any recent blood work done. The pressure feels like it comes and goes, and it seems to improve with walking and deep breathing. I just finished doing a lot of push-ups before noticing the pressure.
