I have constant excess gas in my stomach and burp constantly, often unable to burp and gas gets trapped. I have also had some abdominal/stomach pain/discomfort and thrush in my throat. Gastroscopy was fine. What are the most likely causes and what can be done to alleviate this issue?

I have an adrenal mass on my left adrenal gland, and despite having various tests and being on multiple medications, I still experience symptoms such as fluid retention, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, pain under my rib cage, weight gain, and constant fatigue.
