I have a cyst on my foot and I noticed a swollen lymph gland on my inner thigh on the same leg. Could the two be connected?

I have two brothers with ALS, one deceased at 74 and the other in the early stages at 72. I am 70 and would like to know the chances I have of getting this disease, as well as the early symptoms of ALS.

I have been taking Dormonoct for over a year and stopped 13 days ago, now taking Stilnox. I am suffering severe withdrawal symptoms, including not sleeping for more than 1/2 hour. How long will these symptoms last, and is there any supplement I can take? I went 'cold turkey' which I apparently should not have done. Should I go back to half a Dormonoct now for a few days, and how long should I do that? What sleeping pill would you suggest, and can I continue with Stilnox?

I was diagnosed with a fifth metatarsal fracture 3 weeks ago and later found out I also had a sprained ankle. I experienced numbness in my toes, top of my foot, and up my leg, which was attributed to nerve damage. I was prescribed gabapentin, and while the numbness has faded, severe pain has replaced it. Is this pain normal or could there be a third injury?
