I have a testicle lump that has been present for a couple of weeks and has remained the same size. The lump is bean-sized and located on the left side of my testicle. I am 25 years old and not using any medications. What could be the cause of this lump, and does it affect fertility or require surgery?

I have had moderate chest discomfort all day. I have felt similar discomfort on occasion over the last week or two. I had a doctor checkup about 2 weeks ago and had an ECG but it was normal. I have had minor bouts of lightheadedness and shortness of breath. Otherwise, I don’t feel unwell, but my partner has asked me to check to see if I need to be doing anything else. I am 57, male, 5ft 10, and 91kg. My blood pressure is regularly 140/90.

My husband hasn’t smoked since April 14, 2022. He smoked on July 3-4, 2022, taking 5-6 hits those days and stopped completely after. He has a hair follicle test on August 15. Do you think he will pass his hair follicle test?

I had a CT scan with dye of my chest yesterday night and was wondering if it was safe to take my amoxicillin 875mg prescription after having the CT with the dye? Are there any side effects?
