I have low platelets (90). Is there anything I can eat that will raise them, and what should I do about my low platelet count?

I’m currently taking 0.5mg of lorazepam/Ativan. Is there anything I can take to increase its effects, such as juices or other supplements? I’ve been taking it for a few weeks but it hasn’t completely resolved my anxiety issues, and I haven’t slept in 4 nights. What should I consider doing or taking to improve my situation?

I have been experiencing intermittent lower right abdominal pain for the past 4 months. The pain is dull and worsens when pressed. I have not taken any specific medication for it, only occasional antacids or gas relief, which do not help. I have not seen a doctor for this issue, but I have been advised to go to the ER, though the pain is bearable. I recently had a CT scan and blood work, which came back normal. What could be causing this pain and what further tests should I consider?

About once per month, I experience a sudden onset of fever (102°F) and body aches similar to the flu, mostly in my legs, which resolves within 24 hours. I had a hysterectomy but still have my ovaries, and I'm currently going through perimenopause with a hormone patch. Could these symptoms be related to my perimenopause, asthma, recent pneumonia, or dehydration?

My calcium score is 449 and I am only 56 years old. My left anterior descending artery has multifocal calcified plaque of 25-49%, the circumflex artery has 25-49%, and the right coronary is less than 25%. The score of 449 is very high for my age, and I have exercised and not smoked, although my bad cholesterol is up. How concerned should I be, as I have read that above 400 is dangerous? Is this correct?
