I have dry patches on my chin that have been constant for three months. The dryness is also under my nose. I have never had dry skin before. I am currently using Armour Thyroid for thyroid issues. What could be causing this and how can it be treated?

For the past week, I've been noticing something vibrating in my stomach right below my ribcage on the right side of my body. There is no pain, and each vibration lasts for about 10 seconds or less, occurring several times a day with intervals of 20 seconds to 1 minute between them. I can easily feel the vibrations by touching my stomach. I am not sure if this is concerning or what this could be. Could you please advise?

I've tested positive for COVID-19. I'm 24 years old with asthma and a history of pneumonia. I'm on day 3 of symptoms, which include congestion, body aches, headache, chills, and a low-grade fever. On day 4, I experienced a return of mucus and a new chest cough. On day 5, I had a fever of 100.8, which has since subsided, but my chest feels tighter. I had a normal chest X-ray, but the doctor heard some infection in my lungs. How does this sound, and what should I do next?

I had COVID two and a half weeks ago, and now I'm experiencing shortness of breath and chest tightness. My doctor prescribed a nebulizer with budesonide inhalation suspension, but after using it, I felt worse with severe sore throat, chest tightness, heartburn, and indigestion. I'm concerned if this is a normal reaction or if I should stop using the nebulizer until I consult my doctor again. Additionally, I'm worried about potential blood clots and if I should see a heart doctor for further evaluation.

I am a 49-year-old Gulf War veteran with chronic PTSD and schizophrenia, prescribed medications like Quetiapine (Seroquel) and Trazadone. I sometimes stop taking my meds due to issues like weight gain and side effects, feeling toxic from too much medication. How can I maintain my 100% unemployable status while periodically stopping my medication?
