I think I might have toxic shock syndrome. I don't have a rash, but I have a low-grade fever, muscle aches, headaches, and nausea. I've been experiencing these symptoms since Sunday when I realized I had forgotten to remove a tampon from the prior day (over 24 hours). Should I go to the ER now or wait to go to urgent care in the morning?

I have been experiencing symptoms such as UTI, swelling in the groin, testicular pain, slight fever, ringing in the ears, and slight discomfort while urinating for about 9 weeks. I have been tested for STDs and bacterial infections, all of which came back negative. I have been on various antibiotics, including Cipro and Augmentin, but the swelling has not improved.
