I have epilepsy and am struggling with daily seizures, usually twice a day, which are almost predictable. I have been on lamotrigine, lacosamide, and clonazepam, but they don't seem to be effective anymore. I was hospitalized for mental health reasons and had a lapse in my lamotrigine treatment, which might have sensitized my body to seizures. I am having tonic-clonic seizures lasting about 4 1/2 minutes each. Is this regular seizure activity common, and what could be causing it?

I had protected sex 8 weeks ago and took an HIV RNA test at 25 days, followed by a 4th generation antibody/antigen test at 5 and 6 weeks, all of which were negative. Can I feel confident in these results, and are these tests really 99% accurate at these timelines?

If there was a blood clot in the lower leg (where the purple on the diagram is), there would be foot swelling, right? The area just above my left ankle (area in red) is swollen 1 cm larger on the left than the right and I’m having a stinging aching feeling in that area but no redness and the pain doesn’t get worse when I flex my foot. That’s likely not a blood clot, correct? Thank you.
