I have vestibular migraines that result in A&E visits for cyclizine injections to stop vomiting and balance issues. This time, my tinnitus in one ear is very loud and I feel full in my head for about 10 days, which is unusual as they usually last 1 or 2 days. I had 3 clear days and now another migraine has started. I'm anxious as I've felt horrible for a while and other than cyclizine and rizatriptan, which hasn't helped much, I'd like advice on what to do next.

I have had a tickling feeling in my chest/bottom of throat for about 5 days. It makes me feel like coughing but coughing does not relieve the feeling. I haven’t had a fever or any other symptoms. I had Covid about 3 months ago and had a similar feeling but with fever, chills, and other symptoms. Could I be reinfected with Covid? Or could this be something different?
