I have experienced a black dot appearing in my left eye, which grows to cover the whole eye and then returns to normal vision after a few seconds. This has happened several times over the past few days. On days 5, 6, and 7, I experienced a thin line in the same eye for a second. My eye surgeon has checked my eyes and found them to be normal. Why have I experienced this?

I have discharge coming out of my ear. The discharge started last night and comes and goes. My ears have been bothering me since last Thursday. The discharge is yellow with some red/pink, and I have a stuffy nose but haven't noticed an odor. I am currently taking ibuprofen and using a nasal spray. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I took the flu vaccine last month and have been experiencing tingling in the arm where I received the vaccine. Is this a side effect, and should I consult a doctor? I am a 45-year-old female with type 2 diabetes, insulin-controlled, and am currently using Novolog, Basaglar, Ozempic, multi-vitamins, Vitamin D, Allegra, Flonase, and Unisom. The tingling comes and goes, and I occasionally have neck pain.

I'm taking antibiotic metronidazole since Friday 29 Sept and today have a stiff neck and very low energy. Has the stiffness been stable or getting worse? Has Metronidazole helped at all? What's your dosage? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
