I have fatty tissue like a ball on my butt and left leg. I have seen a doctor and had an ultrasound done, which came back as fatty tissue. I have two stents placed in my heart over the years but otherwise am pretty healthy. What can I do to eliminate or manage this issue?

I am a 41-year-old male in good physical shape, have recently quit smoking, and have made significant dietary changes. I was wondering if I can wean off these medications with my lifestyle changes.
