I got a needle injury last night assisting in a surgery. The needle wasn’t hollow and I checked the patient labs. He got tested that same day for hepatitis B and C and HIV and it was negative. Do I need to take any action? Am I at risk?

I woke up with a sore hip on the left side. How should I treat the pain? I noticed the pain when I woke up about 7AM. Nothing seems to make it better, and it's slightly worse when I sit too long. It's making me limp a little bit. I have tendinitis in my left knee which is just about healed. My right hip and knee are arthritic. I am 68 years old, female, slightly overweight, and have no other significant medical issues except for tendinitis in my right knee which is just about healed and arthritis in my right knee and hip.
