I have had 4 neck operations, the last being an anterior discectomy at C6-7 in May 2008 where a titanium cage and plate were implanted. I continue to experience trouble swallowing and eating most foods, and recently have begun choking on liquids. I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea and now use a CPAP machine. I feel constant pressure on my esophagus. Is there anything I can do to relieve my symptoms?

I have a metallic taste in my mouth, nausea, tiredness, back pain, arm weakness, leg pain, and blurry vision. I have no diagnosed medical conditions and no tests have been done. The only medication I am on is ranitidine. I am also not pregnant.

I have pain on my right side under my last rib and in my midriff. My gallbladder was removed 10 years ago. I've had 6 MRIs and ultrasounds, but nothing shows up. I can feel a small lump where my pain is, and it hurts if I touch it. Three of my doctors say it's probably scar tissue from the gallbladder surgery. The lump seems to come and go, and when it's present, it hurts, and I can't lay on that side. The pain is about a 5. Could this be a cyst that fills up with fluid and causes pain, and can it empty out the fluid to relieve the pain? What can be done about it, and what tests can I have to show this cyst?

I have symptoms including headache, overall dryness, dry sticky eyes, painful sticky dry mouth, dry sore throat, dry hard stools, pain in lung areas at back and front, all over joint pain, fatigue, confusion, blurred vision, stiff neck, and tiredness. Is this a fungal meningitis symptom, and if not, what condition could it be?

I am a 48-year-old diabetic woman with 50 pounds of excess weight. For the last six months, I have been experiencing constant weakness, joint, and muscle aches, sometimes severe enough to hinder walking. I maintain a low-carb diet to keep my blood glucose at 110 and eat a balanced diet without smoking or drinking. I am concerned about my symptoms and worry they may worsen. Could this be neurological, and what other factors should be considered?

I have pain on the left side of my chest right under the breast where a bra would go, this pain stretches about six inches toward my back. I am 63 years old, have diabetes, and take insulin as well as oral diabetes medication. I have no shortness of breath, just a pain right under the breast where the rib cage is located.
