I have had a chronic cough for 7 months resulting from two colds one after the other in February. I have seen doctors and a consultant, all have done tests on lungs, asthma, scans, blood tests, all tests have come back clear. No sign of cancer etc. I have taken various medications including mometasone steroid spray with omeprazole, and acetylcysteine to loosen mucos. This helped with relief but did not get rid of the cough, which has now turned into a dry cough. Tried gargling with salt and honey solutions but can't find a cure or proper advice. What could be causing the cough and what further steps should I take?

I am experiencing lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, insomnia, and emotional distress. I am currently using Effexor 300 mg and trazadone 10 mg for depression and insomnia. I have seen a doctor for insomnia and was prescribed trazadone. I have not been tested for ADD/ADHD or bipolar disorder. What could be causing these symptoms and what steps should I take?

For some months now, I have noticed a constant pain around my heart area, which started after I tripped and fell onto a hard surface. My biological father died of a cardiac arrest in his early 50s, and I have high cholesterol. What could be causing this pain and what tests should I undergo?

Hi, I just tested my urine with a pH strip and it reads 8.0. Should I be concerned? I am currently on antibiotics for a UTI.

I have a pain under the lower right-hand rib cage that feels tender like it's bruised, and I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I can't get an appointment, and the early pregnancy unit just says it's growing pains. I've had two miscarriages at 15 weeks in the past. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
