I am working nights during winter and experiencing frequent and severe cold and flu symptoms. Why am I getting these symptoms and how can I prevent them?

Hi, my fingers appear clubbed. My LFTs, chest X-ray, and ECHO show nothing wrong. What could it be? I've had this concern for 6 years, and it has gotten worse. I'm a 40-year-old smoker and drinker, taking 10 mg of X plended for cholesterol. I had heart surgery for a hole in the heart when I was 4, Hep A with complications, and an INR of 2.4 but fully recovered in 2016.

Is Hodgkin’s lymphoma really treatable? I'm worried because I have pain in my traps area on the right side, which worsens with alcohol consumption and certain activities. My labs are perfect, and my doctor couldn't feel any swelling. Could this be lymphoma, or is it something else?
