I have had a persistent crotch itch for a year, which is worse at night. I have tried Bond's powder and a commercial cream (Benadryl) but neither has helped. I also have type 2 diabetes. What could be causing the itch and what can I do to alleviate it?

I am a 36-year-old male who recently experienced an upset stomach, followed by an explosive bowel movement with some blood. My stomach remained unsettled for a few days but then improved. I am concerned about colon cancer, but I have no family history of it or inflammatory bowel diseases, no weight loss or appetite loss, and no constipation. I had a stool and blood test which came back normal. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about colon cancer?

After recovering from sepsis, could I still have an elevated D-dimer level, especially if I've had multiple fractures and falls? Could this be related to cancer?

I'm taking spironolactone and know I'm not supposed to consume too much potassium. I found a creamer I want to try (So Delicious Original coconut) with potassium citrate listed in the ingredients. Do I need to worry about consuming it?

I have abdominal pain in the upper left side, headache, difficulty urinating and evacuating, joint pain, and lower back pain. How long have you had the back pain? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the back pain? Is there anything else in your medical history that the Doctor should know?
