I have had a small pimple on the tip of my nose for a week that has scabbed but won't heal. It bled with a white firm round dot in the center after a shower, and now it's scabbed but red 1/8" all the way around, tickling all day. I am 52 years old, HIV positive undetectable for 20 years, and have a regular skincare routine. What could this be and how should I treat it?

I just had a bowel movement. It was normal, but my poo had bits of bright red in it. I am not sure if it was blood, because it was within my poo, and there were no drops of blood or anything when I wiped. I have been eating lots of watermelon lately but I’m not sure if that is the cause. Could you please help me? I am scared it’s cancer. I am a 34-year-old Asian female with health anxiety.

I've had my period for over a month now with cramps and clots. I have a history of endometriosis and think it might be back. I'm taking tablets to reduce the bleeding but they don't completely stop it. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and is there anything else I can do to manage it without needing to see my GP or gynecologist?

I have sudden blood in my urine, which is very light, just a pale pink color. There is no pain associated. How long have you had this in your urine? Is this stable or getting worse? Have you also experienced any burning, frequent urination, or cloudiness? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for this in your urine or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
