I have had chronic sinus issues for years, including nasal congestion, runny nose, and occasional coughing. I am a 66-year-old male smoker with a family history of heart attacks and strokes. I am on medications for blood pressure and seasonal affective disorder. What could be causing my sinus problems and how can they be treated?

About 30 minutes ago, I started feeling lightheaded, dizzy, short of breath, and had a tight chest. My heart rate was 135 and my blood pressure was elevated. I called an ambulance, and they did an EKG which came out fine. Should I have gone to the hospital, or was it unnecessary given that the symptoms resolved quickly and my recent hospital visit for similar symptoms showed no issues?

I’m not feeling well. I’m dizzy and experiencing heart pain every few minutes along with shortness of breath. This has been going on for about an hour. My blood pressure is 137 over 83, I'm a 40-year-old male with no chronic medical problems. Could this be a heart problem?

I ate a handcrafted chocolate brand and my tongue and throat feel slightly weird. I've taken Benadryl, and it's been an hour since the symptoms started, but they're not as bad now.
