I have had mild bulimia (vomiting a few times a year) for the past several years after 2 years of vomiting 4 or 5 times a week. After my last purge (the 16th of August), I've had throat tightness, heartburn, and a sore upper throat. I also have an issue where sometimes, my breath gets caught in my throat, and it feels like a flutter in my chest. Is there anything I can do about this, as my insurance coverage begins in a week and a half?

I have a persistent sensation of tightness and something stuck in my throat, which has been going on for 9 days. I was diagnosed with acid reflux by an ENT, but I don't feel the typical reflux symptoms. I'm concerned that this could be cancerous. What could be causing this sensation, and is it necessary for the ENT to perform a full endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis?

I have been experiencing severe mental impairment, including memory and thinking difficulties, since being drugged, beaten, and robbed about 10 years ago. I often feel like I'm going to pass out when required to concentrate moderately, and even simple thoughts are hard to complete. I've seen several neurologists who couldn't find any structural issues with my brain. Could my brain's autoregulation be compromised, leading to inadequate oxygen supply, and is there any medication that can keep the brain's arterioles dilated?
