I have had RUQ pains for a year, likely due to biliary dyskinesia of the gallbladder, and more frequent LUQ pain recently that feels gnawing, sharp, and aching. The pain is accompanied by bad acid reflux, gurgling sounds, and severe constipation. I had an endoscopy two years ago showing mild gastritis and a recent abdominal CT scan with no issues. Do you think this needs to be checked ASAP, and could it be related to an ulcer or pancreas issues?

I've been experiencing severe acid reflux symptoms such as bloating, frequent burping, passing gas, and abdominal discomfort. I'm 32 years old and have previously used protonix, but stopped. I also have a dry cough. What treatments are available for acid reflux and how can they help resolve these symptoms?
