I have had soreness in the scrotal area and have used various antifungal treatments without complete relief. The soreness persists, especially in the evening and night, and I need to squeeze the area for relief, which then causes further soreness. My wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or frontal lobe dementia and is currently taking Namenda, Aricept, 20 mg of Paxil daily, and Xanax or Ativan for anxiety. The anxiety is still prevalent. What medications work well together, and what can be eliminated or added to ease her anxiety?

I have been experiencing difficulty breathing for the past 4 weeks, despite negative COVID tests and normal X-ray results. I do not have a cough, my fever is normal, and I have shortness of breath. I am a 19-year-old female living in El Escorial, Madrid, with no COVID cases in my area. I have had an asthma test, but no spirometry test. What could be causing my breathing problems?
