Hello, today I noticed that my fingers on my left hand feel raw, almost like they were windburned. Not the tips of my fingers but the areas above my knuckles. Just two fingers. What can it be?

I have shoulder pain and I hear that hanging it will allow more blood flow to the shoulder. I hang for about 15 seconds. It hurts like hell but then feels better. Is this something I should do more of or because of pain hanging less of?
