If a stressful event causes a rise in blood pressure, right and left sided chest pain, right shoulder pain, and headache, is that angina? My CT angiogram, stress echocardiograms, and blood tests have been negative. Can anything else cause these symptoms?

I would like to consult about test results and symptoms for my mom, who is 78 years old.
