I got a general urine test and they told me I'm fine and don't see any problem. Do I still need to get tested specifically for chlamydia? Or is the general urine test enough? Additionally, I have clear liquid dripping from my penis and discomfort in my balls. Could this be an STD or something else? If I took a urine test for STDs and all sexual diseases and they say I am negative, do I need to get tested again? Also, if someone has an STD, does their sexual drive go down? Is there any way to cure chlamydia in one day without taking antibiotics for a week or two?

I have really bad rolling stomach pains that started yesterday and come and go every minute or so. The pain is very sharp and leaves a dull ache afterward.
