I have sudden sharp pain in my stomach with acid reflux that feels like a burning sensation and is so strong it makes me shiver. I have been taking caffeine pills all week and took one Pepcid pill an hour ago, but it hasn't worked. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My son had contact with a COVID-19 positive individual last Friday. They would like him to be tested on Wednesday. He is currently taking Atomoxetin (Stratra 18mg) at bedtime and is autistic. Is he still using this medication, and is there anything else in his medical history the doctor should know?

I have a couple of small bumps on the right side base of my penis, more on the muscle, noticeable during an erection. The bumps are constant, have been present for about a week, and are not itchy or a different color. The left side does not have the same issue. Is there anything else in my medical history the Doctor should know?

I am worried about potential memory loss or dementia. Can you reassure me and provide guidance on whether these symptoms are normal or if I should be concerned about dementia?
