I have herpes and recently got a COVID-19 vaccine. My symptoms have worsened, particularly in my ears and hands, and I've also experienced blood in my urine. I'm on valclover medication and have had these symptoms for about 3 weeks. What should I do about the inside of my ears and my hands, and how will this affect my second vaccine shot?

Every time I swallow, it feels like a lump in my throat, and it's making my back and chest hurt. This has been going on for a week. The chest pain has been stable. The pain is achey and feels lumpy when I swallow. I have a medical history of Graves' disease. I am 50 years old and suffer from Graves' disease.

My menstrual period was supposed to come last Wednesday, but it didn't. I started spotting on Saturday and have been spotting intermittently with lower back pain and abdominal pain. The back pain comes and goes and is achy. I have a history of kidney stones. What could be causing this and what should I do?
