I have lung cancer and recently had a biopsy to check if my lymph nodes are infected. I am 46 years old and not currently using any medications. I had a PET scan that showed a tumor in the middle of my lung by the airway, but the lymph nodes did not light up in the scan, though they are swollen. I want to know what will happen if my lymph nodes are infected with cancer and what treatment options are available if surgery is not possible.

I have been experiencing stomach pain, bad back pain, and a fever, with my stomach becoming enlarged. The back pain started yesterday and is constant, and the stomach pain is in the lower left quadrant. I have had my appendix removed. What could be causing these symptoms and should I go to the hospital?

I made butter chicken for the first time and experienced a sore throat, which worsened after eating. My fiancé also noticed a sore throat after eating it. Could this be due to unfamiliar spices, food allergies, or something else? Should I be concerned?

I woke up feeling unwell with queasiness and slight chest pressure. My blood pressure was high at 171/81, and I have occasional asthma issues. I am 78 years old, take medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, and nerve pain, and had a recent physical about five months ago. Should I contact my primary care physician tomorrow or seek immediate medical attention?

I have a watery, runny nose (clear), sneezing, and itchy eyes. I have been experiencing these symptoms since today. I do not have a cough, chills, fever, or sore throat. My breathing is fine, and I do not have any pre-existing respiratory conditions. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?
