I'm 72 years old, in good health, and smoke a pack of cigarettes every two days, usually at night. Occasionally, I wake up sweating all over my body. I snore, have never checked my temperature, and have no cough. This sweating started a few years ago but has become more frequent. What could be the reason for this?

I had sex with my husband on the 4th day of my last period and he ejaculated inside. I was supposed to get my period about 16 days ago but haven't gotten it. My breasts sometimes feel heavy, sometimes tingly and sensitive to touch, and some days I feel increased vaginal discharge. I've been getting mood swings and headaches, suffering from constipation, and feeling tired with no desire to go out, not even to the park with my kids. I have taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative, but I still haven't gotten my period. I was on the Depo injection and had just gotten my period in March after almost a year without getting it. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have had pain in my pinkie finger and have not been able to fully extend it for about 2 weeks. The pain is in the knuckle where the finger and hand meet, and it is tender to the touch. I am 29 years old and have never had any problems with arthritis in the past. Is there a lump or tenderness in the palm of that hand?
