I have MRI results indicating a significant tear of the cartilage and moderate fluid in the knee joint, along with an insufficiency fracture. I had a triple level AC/DC surgery on 2/14 and have a physically demanding job at a psych hospital. I'm concerned about needing surgery and the recovery time, as I'm scheduled to return to work on April 11 but can extend it to May 11. What are the implications of my MRI results, and what should I expect in terms of recovery and return to work?
