I went to immediate care on 12/23 with a sore throat and tested positive for strep throat. Since then, I have developed multiple canker sores, mostly on my tonsils but a couple on my tongue, making swallowing very painful. Could these be related, or are they likely two separate illnesses? Could canker sores make you test positive for strep? I was given antibiotics and have been using Ibuprofen, anesthetic throat spray, and cough drops for relief.

I had an echo and a chest X-ray, both showing normal results except for an enlarged heart with left ventricular configuration, which my doctor says is normal with high blood pressure. I've been experiencing high blood pressure on and off since last year, and recently had an anxiety attack with heart palpitations. I'm now on diovan 160mg, amlodipine 5mg, and escitalopram 10mg. What does this mean for my heart health?

I have had my IUD for almost 5 years now. Recently, I've experienced a very foul odor that smells like chemicals or fishy, and severe itching, especially before my period. The odor was so bad that I had to use a medicated douche with iodine, which temporarily relieved the smell. Now, I think the smell is coming back. What could this be, and what would you suggest?
