I have no feeling in my jaw and facial numbness on the right side, with jaw popping on the left. I also have difficulty opening my mouth and chewing solid foods. My neurology ruled out trigeminal neuralgia. What could be causing these symptoms, and is it related to my chronic sinus infection?

My left hand and forearm keep going numb and feel tired. How long have you had the numbness? Is this stable or getting worse? Any dizziness or muscle spasms? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the numbness or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I drank from a stranger's glass without thinking. Should I be worried about potential infections like herpes, given that I am 22 years old, do not take any medications, and have no known medical conditions?

I have been having trouble breathing while sleeping and staying asleep. I am currently on Lexapro and Vistaril, I am 21 years old, and have been experiencing this issue for the past few days, although it has happened occasionally in the past. I have a congested feeling and difficulty breathing through my nose when I lay down to sleep. I also wake up drooling, at random hours of the night, and have trouble getting back to sleep. I have been told I snore. I have seen a doctor before who thought it could be seasonal allergies, and I have an allergy test coming up. I am currently using Flonase and Allegra, but I'm not sure how much they are helping. I am overweight and do not smoke. I get seasonal allergies occasionally but no other respiratory conditions. There is no nasal congestion or mucus. I have noticed snoring, daytime sleepiness, and dry mouth in the morning, but not gasping.

Can I get ivermectin from you? It took away my symptoms overnight from the last variant. I have used ivermectin before and it helped me recover from COVID-19. I am currently on hydrachorothiazide and elequis, and I am 66 years old. I do not have any severe symptoms now, but I am looking for ivermectin.
