I have no thyroid glands due to a goiter removal and have been on levothyroxine. My doctor has reduced my dosage, resulting in high T4 and low T3 levels, causing symptoms like dry skin, hair loss, and difficulty sleeping. I also have hemocromatosis and take blood pressure and pain medications. What medications might interfere with levothyroxine absorption, do I need to take T3, and is there a better thyroid supplement I could use?

I have two lumps, one on each side of my jaw. One is pea-sized, the other is small bean-sized, both less than 1 cm. They are not soft but not rock hard and are very mobile when touched. No pain, and I've had them for about 3 weeks. I don’t have any night sweats, weight loss, or fatigue. I also haven’t been sick. Is this cancer?

Do you think my hearing loss has anything to do with the sudden onset of 'tinnitus'-like symptoms I've been experiencing for the last several months, or is it still 100% stress/anxiety related? Would you, in your professional opinion, truly call it tinnitus, when all is said and done?

I have a swelling in my upper rib area after being walked on by a girl wearing heels while I was shirtless. The incident happened about a week ago. I'm hoping this minor swelling is nothing serious. What could it be and should I be concerned?
