I have non-stop pain in my groin area and have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction. I've tried various medications for constipation, gas, and nerve-related disorders, including Cymbalta and Amitriptyline, but the pain persists. I've also seen multiple gastro specialists. What other treatments or specialists should I consider before potentially undergoing surgery?

I drank a lot last night and forced myself to throw up today due to feeling sick. There was a little blood in the vomit. I have been under a lot of stress these past few weeks. What could it be? Could it be an ulcer?

What does mildly increased radiotracer uptake mean? Mild bi-frontal internal hyperostosis? Hypometabolic lesion? And intraosseous epidermoid cyst? What do these terms mean in layman's terms and simple English? Is all of this good or bad? What causes these things to form? Is there something a person can do to prevent them from happening? If I completely ignore it, nothing bad will happen and it is safe? Would you worry about the wording "THIS IS MOST LIKELY" on the medical report? Can a benign bone cyst turn cancerous? What should I do to prevent that? Are there any warning signs I should be on the lookout for? Is the new discovery about X-rays potentially causing benign tumors true?
