I have a cold or flu, and two days ago I got drunk. Today, I'm noticing pain in my kidneys and also have a low white blood cell count. I'm 19 years old and just started feeling this sharp pain today, especially when I press on it or bend down. I haven't seen a doctor yet. Additionally, I've noticed some weird bumps on my tip, which could be an infection. Could this be related to my kidney pain?

My 11-year-old daughter is complaining about constant pain near her urethra. She says it isn't painful when she goes to the bathroom, just in general. We just did the azo test and it had a tiny bit of pink but only in spots. She also has the flu, and I don't want to expose people if we don't need to. Is the pain in her urethra constant or on and off? What seems to make her feel better or worse? Was there anything irregular at her last visit to the doctor? Were any procedures or medications suggested? Anything else in her medical history you think the Doctor should know?
