I was on Paxil 37.5 mg CR for many years, reduced it to 25 mg CR, and then switched to Lexapro 10 mg plus Paxil 25 mg CR. After several weeks, I increased Lexapro to 20 mg and Paxil to 10 mg CR. I then stopped Lexapro cold turkey while staying on Paxil 20 mg. I've been experiencing panic attacks, muscle tightness, and high anxiety. Could I be having discontinuation withdrawal from reducing Paxil and stopping Lexapro abruptly?

What does it mean to have X-rays with the following results: Presence of mild sigmoid curvature of the thoracic spine, preservation of normal thoracic vertebral stature and alignment, presence of small ventral and lateral osteophytes, normal thoracic appendages and costovertebral junctions; and normal cervical vertebral stature and alignment, mild narrowing of the C5-6 disc space, presence of tiny ventral osteophytes at C5 and C6, intact cervical appendages, no compromise to the central cervical spinal canal? I have neck and back pain, mild, at the base of my neck (upper back, between shoulders), and I noticed a bony bump appearing over the last few years. I have been experiencing leg weakness, burning sensation between thighs, and numbness in the buttocks, but no back pain. I have a pinched nerve at L5 S1 and had an MRI two months ago which was stable. Is it possible for my condition to worsen to Cauda Equina Syndrome (CES) in a few months, and should I go to the ER? Also, if it was CES, would I have back pain as well?
