I have pain during urination, a constant burning sensation when I pee, and a recurring fishy smell (BV). I am UTI and STD free, have taken cranberry, D-mannose, and vitamin C, and have a history of UTIs. I am seeing a urologist but believe the issue might be more vaginal than urinary. I have tried various treatments, including a prescription for pyridium, but nothing helps. What could be causing these symptoms and what can be done to alleviate them?
